kaixoTen podfics in the space of 21 days (but giving myself a good week to edit, not to mention ) is madness, and my voice is now in bits. I spent a good couple of weeks reading and getting my head around the mechanics of it, so I’d say from pre-prep to posting the last podfic will be all within a six week period.
This fic… I’m going to sit down and try and edit this weekend if camping. However, if there’s no camping to be had, I’m doing other things instead.
But, it’s done!
A lot of fighting, and whatever, but the raw file is done.
I was going to make this the magnum opus in terms of music transitions and such, but with the difficulties the fic has given me at the minute, I think that’s a bit of a push. The most I’ll do is try to find voice effects for unspoken thoughts, but that will be it in terms of effects. It’s also a fic that plays with the weight of pauses and silence, so I’ll try not to over edit.
