after I'm done...

I’m taking a vow of silence for a week or something.

My own voice is doing my head in.

I had a bit of time today and thought, “Yeah, let me get this podfic DONE.” It’s a fic I’ve appreciated for a minute. The sheer scope and poetry of it. It’s also a writer who I’ve long admired but — my mouth isn’t designed for her words at all. *sad emoji* *emoji with tears streaming down its face*

On the bright side, there is nary a mouth noise to be heard. I really should be mixing these fics down, but ugh, people will have to deal. Or not, not really. Fandom is a buffet, you take what you want and leave the rest. I’m just bringing a dish to this potluck.

So far, a selection of the fics I’ve done, and the fics I’m fixing to do (the ones with the blank spaces under ‘running time’. I think I have four left (one is not on there because the author has asked for time to think about it). If the fic permissions don’t come in for the others, it’s fine, I’ll call it a day, do my postings and move on.
