This is lovely. I'm saving it away to read on a deeper level at some point (I've just been editing multi-voice podfic for 2.5 hours so my brain isn't retaining information), but I'm fascinated with the way you're able to really identify individual strengths just by listening to podficcers. I'm honestly not sure I'm even able to do that and I listen to audiobooks/audiofics fairly often, so it's a skill.
